My name is Yuma, and I run this small vintage camera shop from Osaka, Japan. I started Enjoy Camelife Japan because I believe film cameras are more than just tools. They help us slow down, enjoy the moment, and capture memories in a warm, timeless way. In today’s world, we can take thousands of photos with a phone. But film photography is different. Each frame feels more meaningful. You think before pressing the shutter. You notice the light, the colors, the people, and the small moments around you. That feeling is what I love about film cameras.
At Enjoy Camelife Japan, I carefully select vintage Japanese film cameras that still have many stories left to tell. Before listing each camera, I check it as carefully as possible, take honest photos, and pack it safely for its journey from Japan to a new owner somewhere in the world.
